Warranty and Service Program

To ensure consistent peak performance over time, all our products are sold exclusively to registered users and are subject to our warranty and service program, as described below.

🛡️ Initial Warranty (24 Months)

All our rifles are covered by a 24-month warranty that exclusively covers manufacturing defects. The validity of this warranty is conditional upon compliance with the mandatory service program.

🔧 Mandatory Service Program

To keep the warranty active and ensure your replica always operates at its full potential, a periodic service is required.

Service Details

Frequency: Every 8 months. You will receive a reminder via email and SMS before the due date.
Deadline: The service must be performed within 15 days of the end of the eighth month.
Cost: The first two services (at the 8th and 16th month) have a fixed cost of €20 each (+ shipping costs borne by the customer). Subsequent services will have a variable cost based on wear and the work required, as agreed with the customer.

Work Performed During Each Service:

Air tank inspection and pressure gauge replacement.
Electro-pneumatic system (engineering) check.
Hop-up assembly inspection and barrel cleaning.
General check of the electronic management system (with potential software updates for new upgrades).

Note: During the service, the main O-rings and the pressure gauge will be replaced regardless of their state of wear to ensure maximum reliability.

⭐️ Warranty Extension & Digital Service Record

The care for your replica holds long-term value.

Warranty Extension: At the end of the initial 24 months, each completed service will extend the warranty by an additional 8 months, with costs based on the rifle's wear and tear.
Registered Digital Service Record: All interventions are recorded and associated with your replica's serial number. This creates an official service history that ensures a higher and verifiable resale value.
Transparency and Trade-In Service: Thanks to the serial number history, anyone (in case of a private sale) can request the model's maintenance status from us. Furthermore, this allows access to a trade-in service for the purchase of a new 542accuracy rifle.
