Everything you need to know about the preparation and delivery of your order.

⏱️ Processing and Shipping Times

Generally, your order is prepared for shipment within 3 business days of receiving payment or, for custom-made products, upon their complete production.

Once handed over to the courier, delivery usually takes place within 24/48 business hours throughout the national territory (times may vary for islands and remote locations).

🚚 Shipping Options and Tracking

Your shipments are entrusted to top couriers, including BRT, GLS, and UPS.

Standard Shipping: Includes full package tracking and allows for delivery without a required signature for greater convenience.
Insured Shipping (Optional): For greater peace of mind, you can select the insured shipping option with UPS. This option, at an additional cost, covers the value of the goods in case of damage or loss during transport.

Whichever shipping method you choose, we will always provide you with a link to track your package online and follow every stage of the delivery.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside of Italy)

For shipments outside of Italy, a dedicated European shipping option is available. It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct "European Shipping" method during checkout. Orders with an international destination that have an Italian domestic courier selected cannot be processed and will be cancelled.

📦 Costs and Multiple Orders

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight and volume of the shipment.

Tip: We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will be charged for each of them.

🛡️ Packaging and Care of Your Parcel

We pay special attention to the preparation of your order. The boxes we use are appropriately sized, and your items are carefully packed and protected, especially in the case of fragile objects.

As required by law, we remain responsible for the merchandise until it is physically delivered to you. To help us quickly resolve any issues related to transport, we ask you to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and follow the instructions in Art. 7 of our Terms and Conditions in case of visible damage to the packaging.
