📝 Art. 1 - Subject and Acceptance

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products made on the 542accuracy website. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these conditions. 542accuracy reserves the right to modify or update these conditions at any time, and will notify its customers through the appropriate channels.

🎯 Art. 3 - Products and Prices

All displayed product prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and clearly indicated in the shopping cart before the order is finalized.

Many products sold on this site, especially during the initial phase of business, are made to order. Indicative delivery times are specified on each product page.

✍️ Art. 4 - Orders, Confirmation, and Production Times

Made-to-Order Management

For made-to-order products, the delivery times indicated on the product page are an estimate. The final delivery time will be communicated in the order confirmation, with a processing status such as "Delivered in X days". This timeline is calculated based on order volume and the availability of necessary components.

542accuracy commits to ensuring delivery within a maximum of 30 business days from the order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

💳 Art. 5 - Payment Methods

542accuracy accepts the following forms of payment. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.

Card Payment (via Viva Wallet): We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Satispay, Samsung Pay, and American Express. All payments are securely processed through the Viva Wallet payment gateway.
Bank Transfer: The goods will be shipped only after the payment has been credited to our bank account. To speed up the shipping process, please send a copy of the payment receipt to info@542accuracy.com, indicating the order number in the payment description. If payment is not received within 7 business days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.

🚚 Art. 6 - Shipping and Delivery

542accuracy delivers within Italy and to all European Union countries via UPS, BRT, and GLS couriers.

For products not made to order and unless otherwise indicated, 542accuracy reserves **three (3) business days** to source the goods, to which the normal courier delivery times are added.

📦 Art. 7 - Product Inspection and Shipping Damage

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the package. If the packaging shows visible damage, it is essential to accept the package by signing with "reservations" and specifying the damage. For any issue related to goods damaged during transport, the Customer must immediately contact our support. 542accuracy will manage the claim and provide a solution to the Customer (repair, replacement, or refund), as required by consumer protection laws.

🛡️ Art. 8 - Legal Warranty and Maintenance

All products are covered by a legal warranty for conformity defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly.

To initiate any warranty claim or to request maintenance, it is essential to contact us through the dedicated contact channel (form or section) on the website. This ensures proper handling and traceability of the request.

🔄 Art. 9 - Right of Withdrawal

As provided by the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, the returned product must be in perfect condition, must not show any signs of wear or use, and must be "exactly like new", complete with its intact original packaging and all its parts. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for withdrawal or may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount. The right of withdrawal is excluded for all custom-made or clearly personalized products.

⛔ Art. 10 - Customer's Obligations

The buyer is prohibited from entering false data. The Customer is solely responsible for the correct insertion of their personal and tax information and relieves 542accuracy from any liability arising therefrom.

The entire content of this website (including, but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, logos, and software) is the property of M Tactical S.R.L. (operating as 542accuracy) or its licensors and is protected by Italian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

It is strictly forbidden to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or market any content from this website in any form without our prior written permission, except and only to the extent otherwise stipulated in mandatory regulations of law (such as the right to quote).
